I received the news today via the Internet. I didn’t stay up last night to see the results.
Brailey had some negatives. 79 million dollars was spent on one senate seat. That would build part of a children’s hospital on a regional level.
Jutta and I were interested in local politics and that went well. Locals removed a republican from the county board of supervisors. Voters said no to a jail extension. Our candidate won in the supervisors race.
I wonder how the Hatch/Branstead race turned out as far as votes. Looks like a big win for Branstead.
